Marquis do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Any personal information you supply will be stored on our secure system and will only be used for Marquis People's purposes under the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not pass your details onto any third parties.
By registering your details with us we may contact you with relevant information, unless you have expressly opted out of this service.

You will be asked to provide information about yourself when you use certain site facilities, in order to complete your request or transaction. This may include personal information such as your name, email addresses, mailing address and telephone number. We use this data to provide you with the information, products or services that you request from us and to communicate with you. We may keep a record of any contacts you have with us. We may use the information that you provide for record keeping, statistical, or research purposes. Items ordered from Marquis Broadcast are shipped electronically, or by UPS or Fed Ex on special request. For any delivery-related queries that you may have prior to your purchase, please call us on +44(0)118 984 4111.
For electronic delivery you must provide a valid email address. Please set your spam filter to accept email delivery from the domain marquisbroadcast.com. Products will be delivered electronically up to 10 business days after your payment has been processed through your financial institution.
You may request a physical delivery for an additional charge. A street address is required for delivery of physical products. Marquis Software will be delivered via UPS or Fed Ex, which takes 4-10 business days to most locations. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK holidays. Delivery times do not include processing time. Your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery time of 7-10 working days does not commence until your payment has been received and processed by Marquis Broadcast. The delivery time of 7-10 working days is an ESTIMATE only and the delivery date will be affected by: (a) Clearance of your payment to us from your financial institution; (b) Your delivery address.
Policy What Products Are Eligible for a Refund?
Personal Project Parking comes with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Marquis will refund your purchase price subject to policy guidelines and warranty and license agreement provisions.
How Can I Return a Product for a Refund?
- Return the product within 30 days of purchase date.
- Provide a copy of your original sales receipt, credit card statement, or canceled check.
- Provide complete contact information, including your street address (sorry, no PO boxes), city, state, ZIP or postal code, telephone number, and e-mail address (if applicable).
- Uninstall the software product from your computer and any storage devices and delete any backup copies. Include all related media and manuals.
- Provide the name and location of the reseller from which you purchased the product.
- Explain briefly why you want to return the product for a refund.
- Send the product, its original packaging, and all related materials via traceable means to our Return Center.
Timing and Process Information
All validated refund requests will be processed within 2–4 weeks of receipt by the Return Center. Failure to include all the required information may result in a denial of your request or a delay in the processing of your refund. We will not be able to reimburse for the cost of mailing your product to Marquis.
